TJS, BTC – Kegiatan yang cukup sederhana namun sangat menyenangkan ini bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan peserta didik SMPN Satu Atap Pematang Manggis memiliki karakter kewirausahaan sejak dini. Kolaborasi antara pendidik dan peserta didik kelas 7, 8 dan 9 yang kondusif mampu membuahkan hasil yang sangat membanggakan.
Kegiatan khusus kelas 7 ini dipandu dan dibimbing oleh ibu Yeni Noviana, S,Pd., ibu Weli Susanti, S.Pd., dan ibu Wafi Qoirun Alfiyah.
Es lilin ini di sajikan dalam 5 rasa, yaitu rasa durian, anggur, strawberry, permen karet dan taro. Cara membuat es lilin ini cukup simpel dengan alat dan bahan yang mudah diperoleh di warung-warung terdekat. Alat yang dibutuhkan terdiri dari plastik es lilin dan karet gelang. Sedangkan bahan terdiri dari: air panas; air matang dingin; sirup perasa dan gula yang sudah di cairkan. Masing-masing peserta didik di tugaskan membuat 10 bungkus es lilin.

Setelah proses pembuatan dan pembekuan di dalam lemari es yang membutuhkan waktu beberapa hari tersebut selesai, maka produk dipasarkan oleh peserta didik kelas 7 kepada semua warga sekolah. Dengan harga pasaran dan sangat terjangkau yaitu Rp. 1.000,-/pcs sehingga es lilin tersebut laku keras dan bisa dinikmati tanpa rasa was-was. Sebab proses pembuatannya sesuai dengan standar kesehatan dan market yang berlaku.
