Berdasarkan surat undangan Ketua Kwartir Ranting Pramuka Kec. Btg. Cenaku yaitu Kak Marwanto, S.Pd.,MM tertanggal 19 Juli 2022, bahwasanya sebagai tindak lanjut dari hasil rapat Kwaran perihal pembentukan panitia pelaksana dan pembahasan teknis pelaksanaan kegiatan Perkemahan Pramuka dalam rangka HUT Gerakan Pramuka Ke-61 pada tanggal 16 Juli 2022 di Aula Korwil Btg. Cenaku yang lalu, maka dilaksanakanlah gotong royong massal selama 2 (dua) hari yaitu tanggal 22-23 Juli 2022, include pembersihan lokasi buper (Bumi Perkemahan) dan pembuatan MCK (Mandi Cuci Kakus). Kegiatan goro tersebut dilaksanakan di bumi perkemahan Ds. Talang Bersemi dan dihadiri oleh Ketua Kwaran dan pengurus, Ketua PGRI Kec. Btg. Cenaku beserta pengurus, Kamabigus SD/MI, SMP/MTs, SMA/SMK/MA beserta perwakilan Pendidik masing-masing, serta adik-adik pengurus Pramuka Kwaran Btg. Cenaku. Tentu saja Kamabigus SMP Negeri Satu Atap Pematang Manggis turut serta dalam kegiatan tersebut.
Kegiatan perkemahan memeriahkan HUT Pramuka ini di upayakan menjadi kegiatan wajib tahunan. Dan pada bulan Agustus mendatang insyaallah akan dihadiri oleh Bupati Indragiri Hulu selaku Kamabicab Gerakan Pramuka Kab. Inhu sekaligus Mengukuhkan Pengurus Majelis Pembimbing Ranting, Kwartir Ranting, dan Dewan Kerja Ranting Gerakan Pramuka Batang Cenaku.
Dengan diadakannya goro tersebut diharapkan kegiatan perkemahan yang telah diprogramkan berjalan sesuai tujuan. Selain itu juga sebagai sarana mempererat hubungan silaturrahim antar sesama Gugus Depan se-Batang Cenaku.
