Upacara Bendera Peringatan HUT Ke-65 Provinsi Riau dan Kunjungan Kerja Pengawas PAI Kemenag Kab. Inhu di SMPN Satu Atap Pematang Manggis

Upacara bendera yang diselenggarakan di awal bulan Agustus ini merupakan wujud kepedulian SMP Negeri Satu Atap Pematang Manggis dalam upaya memeriahkan peringatan HUT Ke-65 Provinsi Riau. Yang mana upacara tersebut dilaksanakan dengan mengenakan pakaian Melayu Riau berdasarkan Surat Edaran Bupati Indragiri Hulu Nomor: 531/UM/VIII/2022 sebagai tindak lanjut dari Surat Gubernur Riau Nomor: 003/UM/1913 tanggal 12 Juli 2022 Perihal himbauan mengenakan pakaian Melayu Riau Lengkap dari tanggal 1-9 Agustus 2022 di seluruh Dinas/Badan/Kantor/BUMN/BUMD di lingkungan pemerintahan Kab. Inhu. Upacara berlangsung lancar dan hikmad sesuai ekspektasi dimana Kepala Satuan Pendidikan turun langsung sebagai pembina upacara. Dalam amanatnya beliau berpesan agar peserta didik senantiasa menjaga dan melestarikan budaya bangsa, memupuk rasa cinta terhadap tanah air dan meningkatkan jiwa patriotisme dengan cara yang sederhana, namun cukup kreatif dan inovatif, seperti: memasang umbul-umbul dan bendera merah putih di lingkungan sekolah dan membuat aksesoris kelas dengan nuansa merah putih.
Diwaktu yang bersamaan Satuan Pendidikan ini mendapat Kunjungan Kerja Pengawas PAI dari Kementerian Agama Kab. Indragiri Hulu yaitu Bapak Bahrudin, M.Pd yang di sambut hangat oleh Kepala Satuan Pendidikan SMP Negeri Satu Atap Pematang Manggis. Kunjungan ini bertujuan memonitoring dan mengevaluasi kegiatan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam pengimplementasian Kurikulum Merdeka yang baru diberlakukan di Tahun Pembelajaran 2022/2023 terhadap siswa kelas VII (tujuh). Disamping itu juga observasi langsung terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas terkait kesiapan pendidik dan peserta didik dalam menghadapi kurikulum baru tersebut. Setelah melakukan studi dokumen dan observasi lapangan lalu dilakukan sharing terkait permasalahan yang kemungkinan timbul baik sekarang maupun kedepannya di ruangan kepala sekolah.
