MENYAJIKAN MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN.
Kegiatan yang berlangsung di ruang kelas tersebut merupakan salah satu implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Kegiatan pembelajaran teks prosedur ini melibatkan seluruh peserta didik kelas 7. Bersama ibu Desy Tyas Kriswiyani, S.Pd kami di bimbing bagaimana cara menyajikan makanan dan minuman khas yang baik dan benar. Untuk mempermudah proses pelaksanaan kami dibagi menjadi 2 (dua) kelompok.
Untuk penyajian makanan, kelompok 1 menyajikan makanan berupa sate ayam yang dilengkapi cabai hijau di potong bulat, irisan bawang merah dan bawang putih. Untuk minumannya es sirup hijau di campur dengan irisan mentimun. Tidak lupa juga untuk makanan penutup yaitu puding topping cokelat batangan dan agar-agar rasa strawberry.
Kelompok 2 menyajikan makanan berupa pecel lele dilengkapi dengan irisan mentimun, bawang goreng, tomat, kol dan tidak lupa dengan sambalnya. Untuk minumannya yaitu teh es dingin. Semuanya kami lakukan dengan cukup sederhana, gembira dan semangat. Kegiatan ini mendapat support dari Kepala Sekolah karena metode pembelajaran yang berpusat kepada peserta didik merupakan tujuan utama dari IKM, demikian ujar beliau.
